Steaming steeds and idyllic mills
The tours of the third petal lead us on former tracks of disused narrow-gauge railways into the valley of the Schefflenz, a small side valley of the Jagst. Over a ridge we descend on a brisk descent into the Elz valley, which is adorned in the upper part by three idyllic mill estates.
We reach the second railway line via various selectable route variations which then take us back to Mosbach and across the Neckar valley to Bad Wimpfen. On shorter routes of this petal there is also the possibility to get to know the castle Hornberg or the area of the Michaelberg, with always wonderful views of the Neckar valley.
